I was instantly drawn to Rebeccas energy. She is full of empathy and is such a great listener. I felt she really cared about truly understanding my particular issues and helping me find a solution that specifically suited my needs. She doesn't offer a one size fits all approach- which I really like. She is a great example of a coach who practices what she preaches and has real integrity. Rebecca is experienced, knowledgeable and she helped me reframe what I thought was a weakness as a strength, & for that I will be forever grateful.

Rebecca had a professional, friendly and pleasant attitude throughout all of our coaching sessions. I always felt at ease and was comfortable talking to Rebecca about my life and issues. Her ability to coach on a wide range of topics helped me address many areas of my life, from making the most of my personal time to bettering myself at work. Rebecca guided me through my problems and helped me discover practical solutions that I could easily implement. After having coaching sessions with Rebecca I feel more in control of how I choose to live my life. I would highly recommend Rebecca to anyone looking for personal or professional coaching. “

Before my sessions with Rebecca, I felt as though I was in a personal + career rut and had lost my way a bit. After meeting with her a couple of times and testing a few of her recommended techniques, I started to notice a tangible change in the way I was thinking and perceiving my own goals. The structure she helped me provide for myself has been instrumental in accelerating these goals as well as helped to identify key areas in my own development which I wasn't previously acknowledging. She has never been anything but her genuine self, which I have a lot of respect for and admire - her calm confidence and gentle assertion over the past 9 months has been key to holding myself accountable. Thank you for all you've done, Rebecca! Your insight and guidance has meant the world.

I was feeling unmotivated and lethargic in many areas of my life. Rebecca’s openness and calming presence was just what I needed to start focusing on myself, my values and goals. Our life coaching sessions have really helped me to start accepting the things that I cannot control in my life and in turn this has allowed me to open myself up to new ideas/projects without thinking about those I cannot change. Rebecca, as a coach, was extremely easy to talk to and always listened, without judgement, to my thoughts and ideas. She offered me enough time and space to create solutions/ideas independently but was also there to guide as required.

I went to Rebecca after a significant knee injury. I was a very low point in my recovery, I wasn't seeing any progression. From my first session with Rebecca I started to believe in my capabilities again, she took it all at my own pace pushing me more and more each week. We worked on setting goals and how I would achieve them. She was very kind, gentle, positive and knew when I needed a little push in the right direction. In 4 sessions with Rebecca I had already smashed my first goal with 2 weeks to spare. Rebecca helped me get the control back over my recovery.
